The Algotherm Thalassotherapy Spa is centrally located close to the beach and town. Come and enjoy a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere for a day, a break, a weekend or a week.

The Algotherm centre splits into 5 areas :

- The Marine Area for specific thalasso treatments : Seaweed, sea mud, affusion showers, Vichy showers, hydromassage bath, medical hydrojet

- The Physiology Area and gentle energies Area for massages based on Eastern traditions : Shiatsu, foot or cranial reflexology, nuad bo ram, essential oils massage, baby massage. For massage and drainage : Lymphatic drainage, foot massage, body massage, muscle relaxing massage, Cellu M6, manual palpate and roll technique.

- The Aquaforme Area(cardio-training and gym room, swimming and gym classes, sauna, 32°C warmed sea water swimming pool equipped with jet streams, relaxation room equipped with mattress of warm water, patio, solarium)

- The Beauty Salon for body and face treatment programmes providing guaranted visible aeshetic results using Algotherm marine cosmetics and chromo-energising massage

The Postnatal thalasso spa cure (5 days) comprises 4 daily treatments: 2 hydrotherapy sessions, 1 specific treatment, 1 group swimming pool session or 1 specific perinatal treatment, as well as access to the fitness centre.

The Prenatal thalasso spa cure (5 days) is available to 6-month pregnant women and under, and includes 4 daily treatments: 2 traditional thalasso treatments, 1 specific treatment, 1 group lesson, 1 spceicif diet appointment, and 1 back training session.

The Anti-cellulitis thalasso cure (6 days) is made of 4 individual treatments to choose from the following : body harmony, 1 Cellu M6 wrap or manual wrap, 1 low frequency ultrasound session, pressotherapy, slimming treatment made with anti-cellulits alga, 1 individual cardio-trainig session, 1 dynamic aquagym session, an access to the fitness centre.

The Oriental Anti-stress thalasso spa cure lasts for 5 days and comprises 4 daily treatments: 2 individual treatments from the Vitality cure, 1 daily specific treatment (either shiatsu, traditional Thai massage, foot reflexology, skull reflexology or introduction to essential oil massages), & group lesson and access to the fitness centre.

The Algotherm thalassotherapy Special Back Pains(5 j) comprises 4 treatments a day, (3 individuals),a swimming pool session, an holisitic shower, a relaxant massage.

The Algotherm Vitality thalasso spa cure includes 4 daily treatments, such as 3 individual thalasso spa treatments (alga aerobaths, royal watermassages bath with essential oils, marine mud wraps, medical hydrojet, physio massage under affusion showers), 1 dynamic or relaxing group lesson in the swimming pool.

The Algotherm Slimness thalasso spa cure is a 5-day cure, which boasts 4 daily treatments chosen from the following selection: 2 individual treatments from the Vitality cure, 1 daily specific treatment, 1 dynamic or relaxing aquagym session, 1 dietician′s appointment.

The Beauty thalasso spa cure (5 days) features 4 daily treatments, such as 2 individual treatments from the Vitality cure, 1 daily specific treatment, 1 group aquagym session, access to the fitness centre.

The access to the fitness room, also gives you the unique opportunity of making the most of its facilities: group gym lessons, cardiotraining room, sauna, thalasso swimming pool fitted with jet streams, resting room and solarium.

Hotel "Le Normandy"
